Music has the ability to impact our mood, it can trigger memories and particular lyrics/melodies can especially resonate with us.
We all have ‘go to’ choices which make us laugh, smile or get up and move! Create a personal playlist of music which boosts your mood and dip into it whenever you can. If you’re open to swapping ideas with friends, expand your playlist to include some new material and see if it works for you as well as it does for them!

As well as making a playlist which gives you a boost in energy and happiness, why not create one which promotes feelings of relaxation/calmness?
