Laura, what a list of recommended reading! I’ve been a fan of positive psychology from the sidelines for years so I wouldn’t know where to begin. Could you recommend your favourite as I’m a slow reader because of limitations of chronic fatigue. Or would you consider posting your mini review of each? Le grà, Marie

Thanks Marie, I’d go for either ‘Positive Psychology in a Nutshell’ or ‘The How of Happiness’ initially as they’re both easy reads and offer a broad overview of PP 🌻

Laura, I’ve also looked at the book by Lopez and Snyder being the most up to date book in your list but at 120 euro I’ll be adding it to my ‘get around to’ list!!

Yes! Some of them are pricey – when the libraries are open you may have some luck sourcing them there.
